Connection Yoga Sanctuary is a refuge for mind and movement, a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and build strength from the inside out.
Rooted in the Ogden community for over a decade, our story has evolved through presence, transformation, and connection. Once known as Lotus Yoga and later Buddhi Yoga, our path has always been guided by the same intention: to create a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and free to unfold.

We offer a range of classes including Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing — each one an invitation to explore body, mind, and spirit.

At Connection, we honor yoga as a living practice that deepens through curiosity, compassion, and community. Our sanctuary is a home for seekers, teachers, and friends. Come as you are and reconnect with what matters most: your breath, your body, your self.
